“as is” condition, you don’t
need to worry about the details of closing,
repairs, inspections, appraisals, etc. We also
plan for your move into a new home in an efficient
manner, where you don’t make double payments,
etc.

best part, there’s no fees or commissions
charged on either buying or selling end of the
transaction.

lot of people owning homes today may not be
able to qualify for a new loan right away for

Listings please use the Comments area of the
Property Information Form to tell us about the
areas, size, price range of the home you want
to buy. We have access to other homes that may
fit your criteria.
